Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from Legad Studio. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized pieces, sale items, or gift cards. These are final sale.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at legadstudio@gmail.comwith your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can assist you quickly.
